SCERS administers your retirement benefit, but we do not provide health insurance or life insurance coverage for retirees. You may be eligible for COBRA, Medicare coordination, other retiree health benefits, or life insurance conversion through your former employer. 

If you’re looking for information about continuing or enrolling in retiree medical, dental, vision, or life insurance, you will need to contact your former employer or health benefits administrator directly.
