Appointed by the Board of Supervisors

Keith DeVore has served on the SCERS Board for over 25 years, including terms as President and Vice President.

He previously spent 34 years with the County of Sacramento, retiring as Director of Water Resources. A licensed Civil Engineer, Mr. DeVore contributed to the Sacramento Area Water Forum Agreement and served nine years on the Board  of the Carmichael Colony Neighborhood Association.
